Oat Meal
Oat is a cereal (plant seed) rich in soluble fiber. It is an ideal food with a lot of goodness from nature. Unrefined Oat is known to reduce stress, depression, anxiety and nervous disorders. When you are sad, eat raw oats, it will act as an anti depressant.

Great Tips to Prevent High Blood Pressure.
1] Sleep-Sleep well for at least 6 Hours a day; 8 hours is highly desirable
2] Relaxation-Relax & Reduce tension
3] Salt Content in Food- Limit the use the usage of salt to minimum possible level. Salt increases the Blood Pressure.
Avoid foods which have more salt content like pickles, fried items, and processed ones.
4]Regular Exercise- A brisk walk of 45 minutes to one hour would be ideal. This enhances the effectiveness of BP reducing drugs also.Walking is known to improve blood circulation and good cholesterol levels.

A morning / evening walk will get you plenty of fresh air.
Morning sunlight rich in FIR is equally important.
A complete bath in cold water rejuventes the body and mind.
A bath in sea water at least once in 6 months tones up your skin & hair.
Regular Meditation will help in toning up body and mind.

Never Fall Sick- It is Hell !
I was deeply moved when my old friend told me " Friend, Never fall sick, it is hell"
This man in his early sixties had a coronory by pass surgery about six months back at a leading nursing home. He has recovered fully, and is back in active life.
He became more humble & god fearing. His advice" Never Fall Sick" made think loud.
