Nature has given the bounty of resources.
Go out, enjoy & expose to it.It will nourish your health, naturally.
A morning / evening walk will get you plenty of fresh air.
Morning sunlight rich in FIR is equally important.
A complete bath in cold water rejuventes the body and mind.
A bath in sea water at least once in 6 months tones up your skin & hair.
Regular Meditation will help in toning up body and mind.
