1] Sleep-Sleep well for at least 6 Hours a day; 8 hours is highly desirable
2] Relaxation-Relax & Reduce tension
3] Salt Content in Food- Limit the use the usage of salt to minimum possible level. Salt increases the Blood Pressure.
Avoid foods which have more salt content like pickles, fried items, and processed ones.
4]Regular Exercise- A brisk walk of 45 minutes to one hour would be ideal. This enhances the effectiveness of BP reducing drugs also.Walking is known to improve blood circulation and good cholesterol levels.
